This mobile home, located in the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose in Trégastel, Brittany, welcomes you to a private residential park. Fully renovated in winter 2025/2026, the 35 m² accommodation hosts up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and features a bathroom and separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for your comfort: French satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, fan, and electric heaters in every room. Mattress protectors, duvets, and pillows are provided, but bed linen is not included. Towels can be rented for an extra fee. Enjoy your private terraces, facing south and southwest, both covered and open, with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a private barbecue for summer meals. The private garden offers a pleasant, sunny setting. The shared heated outdoor pool (8x20 m) is open from June 15 to September 15, daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The pool is unsupervised: children must remain under adult supervision. The pool area is secured by a fence and child gate. Swim shorts are not allowed. Sun loungers are available by the pool. The residence also offers a children's playground, table tennis, pétanque court, Breton bowls, and table football. A private parking space is available on the property. Public transport is accessible at the entrance in July and August. Parties are not allowed. The sea is 300 m away, with Grève Blanche beach within walking distance. The GR34 coastal path passes nearby, shops are 1 km away. Discover sailing schools, paddleboarding, a marine aquarium, the Trégastel Forum with seawater wellness area, excursions to the Sept-Îles nature reserve, Ploumanac’h, Trébeurden, and Lannion.
